Payment processing

  • The amount is only deducted from your account once the order is confirmed and shipped.

  • When using MobilePay or similar solutions, the amount is deducted immediately.

Prices and currency

  • Any delivery costs are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you complete the purchase.

Order confirmation and invoice

  • After a completed payment, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

  • Once the item has been shipped, an electronic invoice will be sent to the email address you provided.

We investigate the matter and correct any errors as soon as possible.

Declined or failed payments

  • If a payment is declined, the order will not be processed.

  • In that case, the customer is asked to contact their bank or choose another payment method.
